Great relationships with clients, professional people and our team are a key to the success of our projects. Our clients enjoy discussing and working with the builders in completing their projects. This is an exciting and enjoyable experience and helps the whole construction process move forward with a better understanding and achieves better than expected results, such as controlling the budget, working together on decisions during construction, and working to a programme.
Few companies can provide the broad range of services that Goldline can offer you, while remaining a small and highly efficient, friendly team.
New homes ~ Alterations over $80,000 (to homes/factories/offices) ~ Church alterations or new buildings ~ Project Management ~ Quantity Surveying
We also arrange a select group of building professionals such as Engineers, Designers and Architects, Kitchen planners, Landscape designers, Town Planners. We will be able to meet all your needs. We have chosen the best contractors, suppliers and merchants to supply your dream project.
Dennis Peat – starting in building straight from school in 1977, as a builder and management cadet, and working with some of the larger Auckland building companies of Keith Hay Homes, Modulock, Lockwood -Initial Homes, and a few smaller medium sized housing companies. Work experience provided a wide range of skills in building construction of homes, schools, commercial building and churches; sales of new homes including export, and manufacturing products; Quantity Surveying covering new homes (including the Commonwealth Games Village at Panmure) and churches; and management skills in most companies.
Personal interest in supporting others also provided the opportunity to spend six months in Tonga as a building volunteer after a severe hurricane in 1981, and many years working with Habitat for Humanity (Manukau) from their first beginnings, on homes for the homeless, in South Auckland.
Other interests are church activities (music/preaching/puppetry); networking through Business Network International (Manukau) over seven years, and being a founding member; previously played soccer and tennis, but keen follower of many sports.
